By placing an order on vulon.in, you agree to:

• Use the website only to make legitimate enquiries or orders.

• Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If we suspect such activity, Vulon reserves the right to cancel the order and report it to authorities.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information.

• Understand that incomplete or incorrect details may prevent order processing.

2. CONTRACT

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

• Order Confirmation Email/SMS

• Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS when the order is dispatched.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable:

• We may offer similar alternatives.

• If you choose not to purchase an alternative, we will refund your payment.

4. ORDER REFUSAL

Although we strive to fulfill all orders, Vulon reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse an order after confirmation due to unforeseen issues.

• Remove or edit product listings and website content at any time.
  We will not be held liable for any such modifications or cancellations.

5. DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order as per the date mentioned in your confirmation or within a maximum of 30 days.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery area limitations.
“Delivery” is considered complete once the product is received and signed for at the provided address.

6. PRICE & PAYMENT

• All prices on the website are exclusive of delivery charges.

• In case of pricing errors, we will notify you to confirm or cancel your order.

• We are not obligated to honor prices that are clearly incorrect or due to technical errors.

• Prices can change at any time without prior notice.

7. RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date (excluding sale orders).

• Products must be unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags.

• Items like masks, hats, innerwear, crop tops, bodysuits, and baby tees are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• Returns after use, damage, or without original packaging may be denied.

• For defective products, email info@vulon.in with images within 24 hours.

Return Pickup:

• Reverse pickup is arranged within 48 hours after confirmation by our support team.

• Reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted unless it’s a defective/damaged item.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Products purchased during clearance, festival, or flash sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Stickers and certain accessories are not eligible for returns.

9. REFUND POLICY

• Refunds for eligible returns are processed to your Vulon GiftCard only.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• A maximum of 2 return requests per order is allowed.

10. VULON GIFTCARD – TERMS

• Refunds and credits are issued as Vulon GiftCards.

• GiftCards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only on vulon.in.

• Cannot be redeemed in offline stores (if applicable).

11. GUARANTEE POLICY

We offer a 3-month guarantee on selected Vulon products like joggers, utility pants, Supima tees. Covered defects include:

• Stitching issues, fading, shrinkage beyond limits, print defects, etc.

• Misuse, incorrect washing, alterations, or normal wear & tear are not covered.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

We take customer security seriously. Any fraudulent return attempts will be flagged and reported. Products returned are subject to inspection for authenticity and usage.

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Vulon reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Please review them regularly to stay informed.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. In case of disputes, jurisdiction will lie with courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

15. INVOICE & TAXES

• Invoices are delivered with the products.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes.
